Ray Duncan's 'Advanced MS-Dos' describes the use of a TSR
routine: zerodiv.asm.
It reads 'Copyright (c) 1985, Ray Duncan'.
Published by Microsoft Press.

I have the dutch translation of that book, published in 1987 by
Kluwer - Deventer.
