This is a pretty old problem for Delphi, but it's an annoying one.
When the IDE is maximized one would expect that the next time it's
opened that it opens maximized.. but it does not (it opens in a large
size but not maximized).
Is there an option or setting that I'm missing here? Driving me nuts!
