I use this editor, it is very old and slightly honky, but I am used to
it - it will not handle files over a certain size so you'll need to
break down the file.

I gather from your other posts that you already have a utility for
converting the file into a Text file

It strikes me that you have two alternatives:
  a) use that utility
or :
  b) work out the format and write code that decifers it

I would generally go for the latter, but I would need to know a lot
more about the data and what you are trying to do before making a firm
decision.
