DB app moved to Win2003 gets db open err

Hiho-

    Wrote a really short DB load (access db) codefile and dropped it, 
along with a skeleton group a files, onto another pc. Everything is in 
the right place but it gets an 'EDataBaseError' when I try to activate
table 1. Any way to get more details?
