Actually, it wasn't an ad for a product. From what I can see of the guy's 
RunBasic website, it's an informational site where webmasters can AT NO
COST 
create Basic apps using Carl's Liberty Basic. If you want to buy Liberty 
Basic, you've go to click to a separate site, and the RunBasic site
includes 
nothing in the way of a sales pitch. It just lets you type in code and 
generate a script that will run on a website without Basic installed.  If 
this is advertising, I hope Carl is a better programmer than he is an ad 
guy.
