That is a myth.  Fully structured Oberon, Modula, or Ada were
supposed to supercede all the less structured languages such as
C and Basic because the maintenance costs were lower.  Instead
they faded out, and you'd probably have to pay more to find
an expert at those rarer languages than a good mixed C/assembly
language programmer.
