a) You didn't say WHAT pages that you are interested in.

b) Most of the "Language Reference" is already in the help system.  	
	Did you try there?

c)  The only "IBM BASIC (dos) Compiler manual" I have is for version
	1.00.

	It's PDS :-) and there was only a manual for 7.0, AFAIK. 
	7.1 just got a readme file with the changes, IIRC.
