i don't have full understand above but in the small i have understood;
what it is not good is: only *few* people have the information.
for me it is good to record all the communications
(because for that, have to fear the criminals and not good people)
but all the information has to be seen - search from everyone.
it is not good the "privacy" and the fact that only
few people can read all that information.
