[OT] The NGs are going down

I seeing the sad situation of our world i write some ot
i excuse for it but i know that many of you should have
an answer...
If this post is too much "OT" where is the Ng that can answer this?

I just would like to know why this message is not present in my
news server "news.tin.it"
and is present in one other news server
(are 100 and more the post like that)

you can note that this message came from "spool.news.tin.it" my
provider for news posting...

Is  there one header 'voice'
for, to allow my news message to be not
cancelled after "1/4 hours" from all news servers?

i make an error if I
think the post that say something are cancelled and
trolls are paid from dictatures for cancel the posts.

the true journalist are killed all round the world
the false journalist speak
