I am seeking information for a friend of mine who owns a General
Electric "Stereo Library System". No doubt a recorder, but one I
surely have never seen before!! The outer diminsions of the big box is
approx 15" tall X 15" deep and maybe 2' wide. A large mahogony covered
box that likely weighs 40 pounds and only 4 controls on the front. We
have attempted to record music with it but have not had success using
th common techniques that would be used with virtually any other
recording device, cassette, reel to reel or otherwise. If anyone has
an owners manual or knowledge of how to use this wonderful Vintage
piece of technology please email me. I also have a photo taken with my
cell phone for additional identification if needed.
