Except there is something you are simply not taking into account. Take
me for example: I have as impressive a set of screens on my desk as most
anyone would want, width and resolution and fabulous everything. Yet
still I don't want my browser window always bigger than 800. I can have
it stretch feet literally if I want. But I don't want and I prefer not
to scroll horizontally.

So, you are not catering to the lowest common denominator at all by
providing for me. You would be catering to one of the most handsome,
tall, dark, wise, charismatic beings on the earth today. So feel better
about it.

Try as hard as you can to let heights find themselves without being
forced.
