Surely. If there's sufficient demand, someone might write a book about
them. Meanwhile, try some CSS resources, like the CSS authoring FAQ
(Google for it) or news:comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets.

Some old browsers like IE 6 get it all wrong on rainy days, or when a
wrong DOCTYPE is used.
