There's no ending punctuation, so assumably your advertisement was meant
to 
continue "that I know of, as I know them".

I don't read much Polish, but I can see that you don't know what "tag"
means. 
You are counting comment declarations and do***ent type declarations as
tags.
So I wouldn't expect to find reliable information there.
