You don't know him very well, do you?

It's nice to know that some things never change: water flows downhill and
Jukka is surly. For years, I've wanted to ask him why, but I have decided
that it doesn't really matter.

If his attitude offends you, ignore him -- but you should realize that
doing
this will cause you to miss out on his advice, which is usually
on-the-mark.

Eventually, you have to choose which bothers you more.
