OK.  Let's see if I can make my question clearer, and sorry 'bout the 
mumbles, dude!

Where do I place the pics before writing the tags?  For e.g., the
gifs/jpgs 
are now pasted onto a Word doc, which is no good for anything other than
ms. 
I don't want to corner myself into anything proprietary.  So, where do I
put 
them?
