I have seen too many people like he/she before.
I quote someone the TOS he or she violated in a vain effort to assist
and the person tries you make others the offender. Sounds like to me
that they need to learn to take responsibility of their errors. A simple
statement from he/she ... oops sorry I made a mistake and thanks for
pointing out the error of my ways .. would take a man but no he/she
takes the cowards way out and hides behind some e-mail addy. Well it
does take all kinds be they good or not so good.
