Here is some starting points ....
I don't think that it's a problem to use Word to create web pages, but
the use of the "note pad" is enough. The only condition it's that the
do***ent must be saved with HTML format (the contents must comply with
certain rules too), therefore it must have a ".html" extention
(index.html or main.html).
So that the public can have access to this page, the www.ikclan.com
address must exist. To send the HTML page on the site, protocol "ftp"
will have to be used.
