No, it doesn't. Try posting a bunch of "keywords" in your text, with a
font-size set to 'very small' and colored white-on-white. Then watch
your site disappear from Google.

Goog may see this part, and stop reading.

Google does, however, ignore *JavaScript*.
and will never do this part:

In which browser(s)?  View in Firefox, and press Control-Plus a couple
times.
