Info: the OP's domain name is registered through no-ip.com and hosted
on a tripod server. "Stealth redirection" is a term used when the
registrar masks the real URL by stuffing it in a frameset.
Kind of odd. I just looked at the tripod site
http://www.tripod.lycos.com/compare/index.tmpl
and it appears that sites with up to 20MB of storage are free; all
others cost, starting at $4.95 (US) per month. Heck, for that price you
can get a real host! The free service also puts ads your site, so our OP
must be paying. You also have to use at least the $8.95 plan to get
email services. <shrug>
