FTP and Firefox

by Gualtier Malde <valacapt@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 22, 2008 at 04:48 PM

Greetings -

Using Firefox 2.0.0.12 on Windows 2000 SP4:

When I send large files to people I frequently put them on an ftp site on
my ISP
and send them the link to download using their browser so that they can
download
at a time of their choosing.

I have a folder on the ftp site to receive public files from users with
ftp
clients, but have always assumed that a browser cannot be used to *upload*
a
file. Lately I heard/saw a comment which led me to believe that such may
be
possible.

Can it be done? How?

Thanks
