To repeat my own reaction to my own behaviour recently: "Doh"!  

And I think that works as well in Welsh as in English!

Cymru am byth!

But "English" is "Saesneg"  And unless they are being really politically
correct, menu is menu - but might be bwydlen or dewislen.
