Additionally, if the specified n is much larger than the source
string, then strncpy() will actually fill _all_ the extra space with
zeroes. I don't find this functionality terribly useful.

And also modifies the buffer containing the tokens, which can be a
problem if it's not what you're expecting (or are trying to use a
string literal).
