I think you misinterpreted the message.

Assuming you *HAD* this:

#include <iostream.h> /* deprecated */
int main(void)
{
  cout << "Hello, world" << endl;
  return 0;
}

you need to change it *TO* this:

#include <iostream>
int main(void)
{
  std::cout << "Hello, world" << std::endl;
  return 0;
}

The search tearm you are looking for is "namespace". Not exactly obvious,
