Excel re****t using all_excel.cfm

I have a module called: all_excel.cfm

This module in encryted and is from Alairie  The module is used to
create an excel spreadsheet of the web re****t.  The module works for
all re****ts except for one.  The module worked when Cold Fusion was at
revsion 5.  But when Cold Fusion was upgraded to 7 MX, the module is
not working properly for some re****ts.

I need to de-encrypt the module. I have Cold Fusion Studio 5 on my
Workstation.  Is there a way to de-encrypt the all_excel.cfm? Or is
there a way  to replicate all_excel.cfm?

I have seen  the use of application/msecxel to create an excel
spreadsheet.  But this requires additional coding.
