No real minimum spec on the CPU (ie: any PC for sale these days is well
over spec'ed, CPU-wise for this requirement.
RAM's probably the only consideration, really: have at least 2GB.
I run a couple of instances of CF, MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Eclipse and
several Firefox panes @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
once on my wee laptop (1.8GHz Pentium-M) with 1GB
of RAM. It groans a bit, at times, because I run the RAM @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
redline (or
quite a long way OVER the redline). The CPU only reacts if I'm doing
something dumb in CF.
