No, we (the few who are aware of timing) alawys try to achieve the
highest possible speed in our code in aspect of the final users desire.
This means (in opposition to M$ and also L'unix) that the programmer
is responsible for the final execution-performance of a given task.
So evereone who prefer convenient programming like C/C+-/HLL, give
up on the op****tunity to create fast/short/smart/transparent code.
