I suggest you look up IBM's website and search to see whether they are
stored online for free download.  I think you can also order
hardcopies from this site, if you want them.

You could also try posting this on comp.lang.cobol and
bit.listserve.ibm-main.

It would be a good idea to also specify the versions of the compiler
for which you need these manuals.
