- 8-10 years progressive experience in information technology
- 5-8 years experience in the development of mainframe COBOL/CICS/DB2
application
- Thorough knowledge of the OS/390 and Windows 2000 environments is
essential
- Knowledge and experience with CSP4.1 is an asset
- Experience in a mortgage insurance application or mortgage claims
system is an asset
- Application development life cycle methodology
- Experience with preparing technical do***entation
- Analytical and technical skills
- Experience in working in a team environment
- Ability to liaise with clients and IT staff
- Ability to analyze and determine solutions
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Complete and unit test short term change requests on all 3 systems
